Where we ship

Current delivery destinations and shipping charges are shown after you enter the delivery address at checkout. If a destination or rate is not offered at checkout, we cannot accept the order for that address.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days. International delivery normally takes 7–30 business days after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, customs checks, severe weather, peak-season volume, and local delivery conditions can extend delivery time.

Please do not rely on an order arriving before a specific holiday or event unless a guaranteed service is explicitly shown at checkout.

Fulfillment and tracking

Products may ship directly from a supply partner, and items from the same order may arrive in separate parcels. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates can take several days to appear after dispatch.

Address accuracy, duties, and taxes

Check the delivery address carefully before submitting the order and contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment begins. Import duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees may be charged by the destination country unless they are shown as included at checkout; the recipient is responsible for those charges where permitted by law.

Delivery problems

If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery area and ask household members or neighbors before contacting the carrier. For a damaged parcel, missing item, or tracking that has not moved for an unusual period, email hellojonjoli@gmail.com with the order number.
